2. Pricing:
All prices are in INR and may change without prior notice.

3. Orders:
We reserve the right to cancel any order if required.

4. Payment:
We offer prepaid and COD options. COD orders may require advance payment for confirmation.

5. Shipping:
Orders are processed within 1–2 days and delivered within 5–7 working days.

6. Replacement Policy:
We only offer replacement in case of damaged or defective products applied within 48 hours of delivery. You have to provide courier box or pack opening video with no cuts or pause taken in between. Without video we are unable to return or replace the product.

7. User Responsibility:
Customers must provide correct details. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

8. Intellectual Property:
All content and designs belong to GIFT AND JOY and cannot be used without permission.

9. Changes:
We may update these terms anytime without notice.
